Rates
Range from $50-62, site specific
Rates include:
- 4 people
- 1 RV
- with tow vehicle
Additional persons, vehicles, ATV trailers and/or cargo trailers are $5/day per person, and/or each vehicle, and/or each ATV/cargo trailer.
Extra parking space is limited – additional vehicles or trailers must be requested and approved at time of reservation.

Deposits
Nightly deposit: First night for each reserved site
Weekly deposit: First night for each reserved site
Holiday & Event Weekend deposit: First night non-refundable
Monthly deposit: $200.00 non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds on early departure for any reason, weather included.
Nightly and Weekly
7 days or more: Full refund less a $10 processing fee for each reserved site. (2 PM Mountain)
6 days to 48 hrs (2 PM): you will forfeit your deposit.
Less than 48 hours and No Shows: Will be charged full reservation stay
Please be respectful of all others that would like to make a reservation and give us at least 48 Hours notice for all reservations cancellations.
Holiday and Event Weekends
A one-night non-refundable charge per reserved site will be processed at time of reservation. If cancellation or arrival date change is not received 7 days prior to the reservation arrival date, the whole reservation fee per reserved site will be charged to your card.
